A growing corpus of C. elegans whole-brain imaging datasets stored on the DANDI archive in the Neurodata Without Borders (.nwb) file format. Datasets are a mix of NeuroPAL structural volumes and activity time-series volumes. Data can be downloaded or streamed from DANDI.

Code for accessing datasets from DANDI, converting your datasets to the NWB standard, training your own statistical atlas for cell identification, and performing various analyses. We recommend starting with our step-by-step guide.

GUI applications for viewing, analyzing (segmentation, time-series extraction, and identification of neurons) and curating volumetric NeuroPAL and activity recordings.
